Terms of Service

The agreement

Adapty is operated by Artem Zhukov, carrying out individual activity under certificate No. 1308723 in the Republic of Lithuania ("Adapty", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Adapty as a guest you accept these terms. If you use Adapty for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so.

The service

Adapty helps you find what to test about an idea or a business, prepares hypotheses, pages and ads, runs experiments through channels you connect, and reports a verdict. We develop it continuously, so features may change, be added or be withdrawn.

Accounts

• You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a contract.
• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to get more of the free plan is not allowed.
• As a guest you can start without an account; a guest project lives in your browser until you keep it in an account.

Your content

What you bring to Adapty stays yours. You allow us to store, process and transmit it, including to AI providers and to the advertising platforms you connect, only as far as needed to provide the service to you.

You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, such as photos, logos and texts, and to analyse any website address you give us.

Generated results

Analyses, rankings, texts, images and verdicts are produced with AI models and rules of thumb. They can be incomplete or wrong, are not legal, financial or professional advice, and do not guarantee any market result. Review what you publish or launch; you decide.

You may use what Adapty generates for you, subject to the rights of others and to the terms of the AI providers that produced it.

Advertising

• Ads run in your own advertising accounts, connected through each platform's official authorization, and only on your instruction.
• You pay the advertising platform directly for your ad spend; it is never part of an Adapty plan.
• You are responsible for your ads complying with the law and with each platform's policies. Platforms may reject ads or restrict accounts; we do not control their decisions, spend or results.
• You can disconnect a platform at any time, in Adapty or in the platform's own settings.

Published landing pages

You are responsible for the pages you publish: their content, the offer they make, the privacy notice they give visitors, and consent for any tracking pixel you add. We may unpublish a page that breaks the law or these terms.

For visitor data collected by your pages, you are the controller and we process it for you: only on your instructions as expressed through the product, confidentially, with the security described in our Privacy Policy and with the recipients listed there. We help you answer visitors' requests, tell you without undue delay about a breach affecting your data, and delete the data when you delete the page or your account.

Plans and payment

The free plan has the limits shown in the product. Paid plans, when offered, show their price and what they include before you buy, are billed through Stripe and renew until you cancel. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Acceptable use

Do not use Adapty to:

• publish or advertise anything illegal, deceptive or infringing, or products the advertising platforms prohibit;
• distribute malware, collect data from visitors without a lawful basis, or harass anyone;
• overload, probe or scrape the service, or get around its limits and security.

Other services

Advertising platforms, sign-in providers and payment providers are governed by their own terms, which you accept with them. We are not responsible for their availability or decisions.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Adapty and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

We provide Adapty with care but as it is, without promising it will always be available or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, ad spend or indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and EUR 100. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for harm to life or health, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We publish every change here with a new date and tell you about important changes in advance. If you do not agree, you may stop using Adapty and delete your account.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes go to the courts of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
