Data deletion
Last updated: 31 October 2026
How to delete your Adapty account or the data we obtained from an advertising platform, and how to check a deletion request.
Check a deletion request
Delete your account
Sign in, open Account from the menu under your name and choose Delete account, then confirm with your email address. You are signed out at once.
We then delete your projects and everything in them: chats, analyses, hypotheses, experiments, generated and uploaded images, landing pages with the leads and statistics they collected, your advertising connections and the ad account data read through them, your plan and notifications, and finally the account itself. Where a platform allows it, we also withdraw our access there. Records of AI requests lose their content and the link to you; only the model, tokens and cost remain.
It usually takes minutes and always less than 30 days. You get a confirmation code to check the progress below.
Disconnect one advertising platform
In Connectors, choose Disconnect next to the connection. We withdraw our access where the platform allows it and delete the tokens and the ad account data we read. Campaigns already created stay in your ad account at the platform, under your control.
Remove Adapty from Facebook
In your Facebook settings, open Apps and websites or Business integrations, find Adapty and remove it. Facebook then tells us, and we delete the data we obtained from Facebook about you: the connection, its tokens, the ad accounts and Pages we read, and the link that lets you sign in with Facebook. Facebook shows you a confirmation code you can check below.
Removing Adapty in another platform's settings ends our access there; to delete what we keep about that connection, disconnect it in Adapty or delete your account.
Ask us by email
Write to [email protected] from your account's email address, or with the link of a guest project you want deleted. We confirm it is your data and complete the deletion within one month.
What we keep
Only what the law requires us to keep, such as accounting records, and AI request records without content or a link to you. Server logs expire on their own within 90 days.
